  • GRADING - YEARS OF WINDBLOWN SILT/DUST HAS SETTLED AROUND ALL STRUCTURES IN THE FARMSTEAD NEGATIVELY IMPACTING DRAINAGE - STATUS - COMPLETE
  • LANE - REGRADE BOTH SIDES OF 1/2 LANE THAT EXTENDS FROM HWY 4 TO THE FARMSTEAD.  INSTALL NEW SAND/STONE DRIVING SURFACE - STATUS - COMPLETE
  • SEPTIC SYSTEM - REMOVE EXISTING SYSTEM AND REPLACE WITH NEW SYSTEM SIZED TO HANDLE BOTH THE HOUSE AND THE NEW BUNKHOUSE IN THE MACHINE SHED - STATUS - COMPLETE
  • WINDBREAKS - INSTALL ONE AND ONE HALF MILES OF EVERGREEN/SHRUB WINDBREAK AROUND FARMSTEAD AND ON EAST AND WEST PROPERTY LINES - STATUS - COMPLETE
  • WILDLIFE HABITAT - INSTALL VARIOUS PLANTINGS OF PLUM THICKETS, MARSH AREAS AND NATIVE GRASSES THROUGHOUT THE FARM - STATUS - COMPLETE
